HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED?

I am often available the same day or next day for smaller jobs, and for larger ones at a few days notice.

EMERGENCY CALL OUTS?

Yes, just phone me at any time of day or night for a real emergency. I will always do my best to get to an emergency situation as soon as possible.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?

45 for the first hour and 32 per hour after that, plus materials. Evenings and weekends: 60 for the first hour, then
42 per hour after that, plus materials.

CAN YOU FIX MY GAS BOILER?

No, I am not qualified for gas, but can refer you to a boiler engineer who is. I can repair or install anything outside the boiler such as radiators and associated pipework, filters etc.

ARE YOU A TIDY WORKER?

Yes. I respect my customers' homes and leave everything clean and tidy after a job.

MY TOILET IS OUT OF ORDER. WILL YOU LOOK AT IT, THEN GO OFF TO GET THE NECESSARY PARTS?

I will probably have whatever is needed with me. I keep a large stock of flush valves, fill valves, ball-cocks etc. This saves time and money.

MY ELECTRIC SHOWER HAS DIED. CAN YOU REPLACE IT?

Yes, I can fit a replacement.

CAN YOU GIVE AN IDEA OF WHAT A JOB WILL COST?

Usually - though not always - I can give a rough figure for what a job will cost in terms of time and materials.
